Kindergarten Registration forms for the 2018-2019 school year will be accepted beginning March 5, 2018. Registration forms will be available at all school sites. All students must register at their home school. If you are unsure where your home school is, please us the school site locator on this website. Intra-district transfer paperwork may be filed with the YCJUSD Office, 12797 3rd Street.

All of the following items must be submitted (incomplete packets will not be accepted.):

• Complete the registration packet • Provide a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate • Proof of Residency (recent utility bill, rental/mortgage statement, etc) • Shot Record (all students must be fully vaccinated to attend school in California)

Kindergarten children must be five years or older on or before September 1, 2018 to be eligible for school registration.
Transitional Kindergarten children must be five years old between September 2, 2018 and December 2, 2018 to be eligible for school registration.
